Visited from Montreal and absolutely loved this restaurant. Had the Pollo a la Chef, which was described as a fancy chicken parm. Every bite was extremely flavorful and you can tell the quality in the ingredients. Our waiter George gave the best service I've ever had at a restaurant who even provided history about the neighborhood. If it's nice outside, I'd highly recommend to sit in their back patio. It's a nice area of privacy and well set up for your experience.

Very yummy eggplant! Homemade sauce. Nice atmosphere. And the crew is very friendly. Good wine too!! We had a really nice dining experience for our date night! Perfect Friday.

Had drinks and appetizers here and the food was super delicious and fresh with obviously high quality ingredients. Amazing service and you can tell the staff know what they are talking about when it comes to wine and food. The ambiance was incredible as well with a lovely courtyard in the back that feels secluded, something rare to find in the city.

Omg! The pasta was amazing! So fresh! We both had the Alfredo fettuccine! The garlic shrimp amazing! My husband had the clams with bread crumb and he was amazed on how good they tasted and fresh! Definitely will be returning! ♥️ Highly recommend, if you are in the mood for some great food! Italian food that is!!! Wow! Service was also excellent! So attentive.

Great food and great service. Ask to dine in the courtyard it's glorious and a beautiful vibe. I had the fried meatballs + a chicken parm with ziti. Their bread with olive oil and the marinara sauce was amazing as well

Excellent service and food, and also kids friendly. My daughter says thumbs up to the lasagna and strawberry ice cream! I had the veal Milanese and gazpacho as a start. All super tasty and fresh. The waiter and server are very accommodating and friendly. I used to go there years ago and glad to see that the kitchen is still very good and the service impecable

This restaurant made up for my bad experience in Bronx Little Italy yesterday. The outdoor patio out back is private, cool and elegant, the service and food are impeccable, discreet and respectful, and the ambiance meets the expectations of an Old World quality dining experience. I strongly suggest this restaurant for your experience in Bronx Little Italy

What a cute place. I really enjoyed the food here. I had the margarita personal pizza. It was so good and fresh. They treated us very well and were very hospitable. I would definite recommend this restaurant. It makes eating out during a pandemic delightful.

We visited Arthur Avenue, December 03, 2021 during lunch hour. We were visiting from out of town, and did not know where we would end up going to eat. We ran into a friendly server outside Gerbasi (George), and, after a brief chat, we felt like going in. It was definitely the right place! The service was friendly, the environment was inviting and clean, and the food was spectacular. Both pasta dishes were cooked to perfection - Al Dente exactly correctly. We cannot wait to get back to NYC to visit this restaurant again! Highly Recommended!

Gerbasi Ristorante is a great find! Chef Moses brings it with delicious, creative specials, but also traditional Italian dishes. Service always outstanding and friendly, Highly Recommended! And bonus beautiful, spacious, quiet garden out back!
